Judge Shahid Rafiq of ATC took up for hearing application filed against confiscation of Pervez Musharraf property in Benazir Bhutto assassination case.
During the course of hearing of application Begum Sehba Musharraf wife of Pervez Musharraf filed application pleading she is not seeing that justice will be provided by this court in regard to her application therefore, her petition be shifted to any other court for hearing.
The court has issued notice to FIA in connection with hearing of application and sought reply till December, 17, The court will decide on next hearing about maintainability of her application or otherwise.
