Milena Leticia Roucka (born October 25, 1979) is a Canadian professional wrestler and former model of Czech and Costa Rican descent. She is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) working as Rosa Mendes on the SmackDown brand.
Roucka's first appearance in the WWE was participating in the 2006 Diva Search. Despite finishing fourth, she was hired by WWE. She was assigned to train in Ohio Valley Wrestling, and then gradually started to wrestle in Florida Championship Wrestling under the ring name Roucka.
