ISLAMABAD:Inspector General of Police (IGP) Balochistan, Major General Ubaid ullah Khan on Friday said that FC is playing vital role in controlling law and order situation in the Balochistan province.Talking to a private television channel, he said that FC personnel is making all out efforts for maintaining peace and tranquility in this part of the region.He said that FC is working under the ministry of interior.Replying to a question regarding abduction and killings in the area, he said “It is an illegal and condemnable act.”


He said that all available resources are being utilized to find the perpetrators of the crime.Replying to another question, he said that deployment of FC in any area of the province was made after the demand or request of the provincial government.
To a question, he claimed that separatist groups of Balochistan had established their camps in the neighboring countries.He said that some foreign elements or forces are playing games in this region. (APP)
